I think you mean 1/20 (the fraction). Its really easy you see. percentage means "per cent" which is french for per 100. So what that means is that percentages are out of 100. Your fraction (1/20) is out of 20. All you have to do is convert the fraction by multiply 5 to the denominator and numerator, which is equal to 5/100 as a fraction. Any fraction that is out of 100, just take the numerator (top number) and add the percent sign to it. So. 5%. Here's what i did overall:

1/20 *5/5 => 5/100 => 5%.
