That depends on how long ago humans developed. Assume 100,000 years, the earth is about 4,000,000,000 years old. So

% = 100,000 / 4,000,000,000 x 100 = 0.0025 %

Which prime number has 1 billion digits?

It has been proven that there is no largest prime number, and therefore there exists a prime number, in fact, infinitely many, greater than 10^999999999 (having a billion digits); however, no humans have actually found a specific number of that size and identified it as prime.

What is a prime human?

A prime human is a human being who is completely healthy, both mentally and physically. It is more than that though, if you look deep into it, a prime human is mostly a mindset. Where others are apathetic about things, whether large or small in importance, a prime human will mentally focus on these things and make the correct decisions, to the best of their ability. Where others allow their minds to assume, judge or, from ignorance, discriminate, a prime human will not. They will mentally perceive the real world, with deep consideration of equality and reason, and proceed to not fall for any of these mental mistakes. Where others ignore or let their physical health/fitness degrade, a prime human will willfully keep their body at full strength, and always try to reach new Plato's. They are the ones who defend the kid who is being bullied, when everyone else just pretends the injustice isn't happening. Where others say "impossible", prime humans intelligently say "why not?". The amount of these individuals are few, very very few. The reality is that a large amount of us are capable of this, but as mentioned before, don't. It requires a clear understanding of reality and a perfect acceptance of death or severe pain. Why? Why do we not fight bullies? Because we will get hurt of course. When you are willing to accept the idea of sacrifice to achieve a goal, nothing can stop you. It requires not being tied down by anything, be it family, friends or religion. It requires sacrifice of social norms and societies acceptance. Prime humans can be spiritual, but are not foolish enough to take part in man-made religion, due to contradictions and obvious corruption. Take note, they are what most call recluses, or "downers". They fully concentrate on the most important things in life, and give little to no time for entertainment and dabbling with meaningless things (TV, Internet, partying ect). You will find these people in warzones, politics, universities and sometimes in confusing places. They can be homeless or stinking rich, they can be friendly or downright direct and rude. They aren't super heroes, but they are the closest thing to it. That is what a prime human is.

Why is the binary number system important for computers?

Computers are better able to deal with information that is stored in a binary form - for example on-or-off, magnetized-or-not, pit-or-no pit (optical), rather than a range of voltages to signify the ten digits 0-9 of decimal. Similarly, processing binary information is simpler for machines. Just like humans who communicate by verbal languages, computers communicate by numbers because these computers cannot understand verbal languages. Why computers cannot understand verbal languages? All the devices in a computer system operate with two voltage levels, high or low. Therefore, there are two states of these computer circuits, high or low or in other words logic 1 or 0. The basic level of information handling or communication is done in the above mentioned two possible states. Therefore, the basic numbering system for computers is binary or the one which has two states for each "bit" or basic information path. So, the number system is important as the number system has to coincide with the computer system operation. There are other number systems that are in use at higher levels and are nibble (4-bits), octal (8-bits), decimal (10-bits) and hexadecimal (16-bits).

What percent of the earth's total history has humans been in existence?

divide the smaller number by the bigger number to get a percentage: age of the earth is 4.54×10^9 give or take a year. that's basically: 4,540,000,000years assuming humans existed for 160,000years 160,000/4,540,000,000=3.52422907×10^-5 basically 0.00003 to turn that into a percentage you move the decimal point to the right two space: .003% THUS: human history accounts for only .003% of earth's entire history.

How did early humans feel for the need of govenments?

Assuming "early humans" refers to those who existed in "prehistory" or before written history, they did not require government. Instead, societies existed in tribes or bands, following the directives of the eldest members. Eventually, societies became too big for this to work and government took the form of kingship. Democratic governments, have only existed as we know them for about 220 years, though the idea for it is older.
