Yugioh seems to me to be 50 percent luck and 40 percent the cards you own and 10 percent skill Do you agree If so why or why not?

He claims to use the "heart of the cards" which is mainly luck, but I believe it is more like 65 percent luck and about 15 percent skill, the cards don't really matter, as long as they have some strategy that is better than your opponents.
