The blade tip height on the left should match the height on the right. The blade tip height at the front should be about 1/4 inch lower than the height at the rear.
The height of the front tip to the ground, minus the height of the anti-scalp rollers to the ground (let's say that comes out to 1 inch) will determine the lowest height the grass will be cut to if the tractor bounces around while riding or tips slightly while cornering. I set this difference to 2 inches on my Cub i1050, and usually have the overall mower deck height set so the blades are about 2.5 inches from the ground.
