This isn't a question that has a straight answer there could be all eggs eaten or a few depends on the area
I want to buy some Coturnix Quails so I can sell their eggs so how many kilograms of food would I need for 10 quails each month?
My 'personal best' is four.
From the minute their eggs are laid until they reach the sea, the sea turtles have only an average of 1% chance of surviving, because the mother only lays her eggs (she doesn't care for her young). They can be dug up and eaten by predators (coyotes, foxes) as eggs, and even when they hatch, they can be eaten by predators (foxes, seagulls).
they lay many eggs because most of them are eaten before they hatch

Most bird eggs are edible. Chicken eggs of course but many people eat duck eggs. Quail eggs are a delicacy. Turkey eggs are very strong flavored but are enjoyed by some. Sea bird eggs are eaten by many Native American tribes living along the coast.
They dont, they lay so many, most of them get eaten and few survivors are left.
Many catapillers are eaten by birds. Some are preyed upon by other insects, including wasps that lay their eggs on the catapillers. When the eggs hatch, the wasp larvae eat the catapiller.
