0 is already a fraction in simplest form. It doesn't need a denominator.

0/0 is undefined 0/# other than 0 is , 5th grade math noice.

It is not 0/0 (0 over 0) since 0/0=undefined. 0 in fraction form can be written as 0/x, where x=any number that isn’t 0. So 0/2=0, 0/1=0, and 0/5= 0.

0/0 is NOT 0......that equation is undefined. 0/(any number other than 0 is the answer). Better asked, how many times can you divide nothing. Answer: Infinite times but you still have nothing.

0/0,which is 0
