The word 'Mathemetics' comes from Classical Greece, and means 'to learn'.
Think of it as a puzzle , like a crossword puzlle, to be solved. However, there are a set of rules that you must follows in finding solutions, that are different from a crossword puzzle.
Board ganes, like Chess, or Snakes and Ladders have their own set of rules to follow in order to play the game fairly. Maths is the same, its just another different set of rules.

As with anything, some people find math harder to learn that others. It may be that math is not one of your strongest areas, and some of the concepts are harder for you to grasp.

Math isn't hard. Some people just aren't interested and won't work at it. Math is like sports. To be good you have to practice.
Math is hard because you may believe it's hard but when you try and do your best you will eventually get it
That is not an easy question to answer. Many people find math hard in general and certainly some people find calculus hard to understand.Multivariable calculus is not really harder than single variable calculus. It is lots of fun since you learn about double and triple integrals, partial derivatives and lots more.I strongly suggest it for anyone who is thinking about taking it.
Calculus in itself is not hard, it is usually remembering the algebra and previous math classes that is hard. New concepts are introduced in Calculus, but isn't it the same with any new subject? For example, many problems in integration, the actual calculus is not the hard part, it is using all of the algebra and other concepts you have used your whole life to simplify the problem so it is easy to solve.
For many people, Calculus is the most difficult math subject. But it really depends on what is easier for you. For example, some people who are excellent at Calculus still have trouble with basic algebra. Calculus has long been considered the most difficult math subject. For younger kids algerbra is also very difficult to learn.
I already failed the last two so of course this one too.
Oh, dude, math time! So, like, 56 times 6 equals 336. Boom, there you go. Math wizardry at its finest.
