Liters are a measure of volume

Kilos (Kilograms) are a measure of weight.

So there are no liters (directly) in kilos.

Weight and volume are related by Density: the more dense a substance the greater the weight of 80 liters. For example 80 liters of hydrogen weighs 7.2g which is much less than 80 liters of Mercury which weighs 1082720g = 1082.72kg ~= 1.083 tonnes.
