This message & others of same format; "Cannot delete Dc{x}", where {x} is a positive integer number; appeared when either deleting to, or attempting to empty, the recycle bin in WinXP, with Clam Antivirus & "Realtime Shield" enabled in Spyware Terminator!

I resolved the issue by temporarily disabling the Realtime Shield, performing the deletion tasks, then re-enabling the Realtime Shield.

This problem may exist for other anti-virus/anti-spyware applications.

Hope this is of assistance!

Cheers,

Mod-EST.
