You can change liters to kL easily. If you were dealing with a number say with all zeros at the end, for example 5000, you just subtract the zeros from the number and 5000 liters is 5 kilograms. Say you were dealing with a number like 260, you would subract the zero again and it would be 0.26 A number like 578 has no zeros so there is no subracting.
