You can't, because volume is not measured in either feet or meters.

I assume you mean cubic feet to cubic meters, in which case the answer is "divide by 35.3147". Or you could take the easy way and just go to Google and type in "227 (or whatever) cubic feet in cubic meters" and let Google Calculator do all the work for you.
