Measure the depth, height and width of the INSIDE compartment, then multiply all three figures together (assuming it is a rectangular cube).

If it is say, a tandoori oven? Fill it up with fine clean sand and then measure the volume of the sand.

If this is a manufactured oven the capacity is probably on the label or instructional booklet.
