There is no equivalence.
A milligram is a measure of mass. A microlitre is a measure of volume. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, conversion from one to the other is not valid.
If you are not convinced, consider a microlitre of air. How many milligrams? Next consider a microlitre of lead. How many milligrams?
The masses of equal volumes of the two substances will clearly be very different. So there is no direct conversion between mass and volume: you need to know the density of the substance to enable you to carry out the conversion.
There are 500,000 micro liters in 0.5 liter.
0.000333 liters.
0.00000375 liters.
1 micro liter = 0.001 milliliters, or 1 milliliter = 1000 micro liters!! if we need to convert from milliliters to micro liters we multiply by 1000. so 0.555 x 1000 = 555 micro liters.

1000 micro liters. If its 1 ml, it would be 1000 micro litres; if its 0.1 ml , it would be 100 micro litres.
