It really depends on the dimensions of both the bricks and the 1 m**3. If your 1 m**3 has dimensions of 0.01m*0.01m*10000m, you would be able to fit 0 normal sized bricks. However, given the same 'room' and bricks of 0.01m*0.01m*0.01m you would be able to fit a million such bricks.
