I cannot recall such a depressing film but there was a very whacked out if restrained song by (The mamas and the papas) called I think, the Girls are going to the Canyon, the canyon was presumably a bomb shelter of some sort, the song kept repeating that the clock always read ( i seem to recall, not good with numbers- 6:30. The clock that always read six-thirty, the Girls are going to the canyon. I hope this is some help , no sirens, bomb fuses or similar sound effects in the song, oddly, muted like (On The Beach) but more subdued. sick song.
