The "Size & Properties" tab in the Format Picture menu has options for text wrapping and horizontal alignment of the picture.
Portrait is vertical format.Landscape is horizontal format.

The number of horizontal lines depends on the resolution of the picture. The 720p is a progressive HDTV signal format with 720 horizontal lines. Many systems have more than that number.
