A "cc" is a cubic centimeter. Because the metric system is awesome, 1 ml is 1 cc. Therefore, 200 ml is 200 cc. That would be a pretty big shot. Many typical vaccinations are around 1ml or so. 200ml is pretty much an IV bag of liquid.

Millilitres and cubic centimeters are equivalent, so 200cc is 200ml.
