Answeryes i tried it and it worked. but you have to do it for a month to be really skinny. I agree with the first answer. 10 pounds is too much for one day. you'll get major cramps. take it slowly then when your body gains mor endurance for diet and excersise like that, eat less and excersise more. but i don't recommend it if youre at a good weight. if its muscles you want, work out.
