you should weigh about 116 to 130. if youre really athletic and have a lot of mussle (probably lean mussle) then it's fine if they weigh 140some lbs. but the ideal weight is actually 120, for a 5"4women

I personally don't know the answer to this question, what you need to do is check your BMI. This stands for 'Body Mass Index'. Just type it into Google and you'll find loads of different BMI checkers. It basically gives you a weight to height ratio, and tells you wether you are underwieght, overwieght, obese or normal. I would recomend about 112-120 lbs if you have a small/medium frame. Also if you have a muscular figure you could be more than that and not overweight so that would be fine.

well my mom is aboput 5'3 and she weighs like 120 pounds. so anywhere around 110 to 130 pounds is good. but if you want to lose weight just run. that's so simple. just run on a treadmeal or on the road. or do situps every night

Between 120-150 lbs. Everyone is different with their muscle mass and shape sizes. I am trying to reach the goal of 125lbs. Right now I weight 143.5lbs and I am not comfortable in my clothes!

Any where from 116 to 150, 116 being the low, 133 being ideal, and 150 being the high but whatever your weight you should be happy with yourself
