Coastal areas and low-lying islands would face the biggest immediate danger if the polar ice caps melt. The resulting rise in sea levels would lead to increased flooding and the loss of land.
Cities on the ocean would be in danger of flooding
One likely result of polar ice caps melting is a rise in sea levels, which can lead to coastal flooding and erosion. This can impact coastal communities, infrastructure, and ecosystems. Additionally, the release of stored carbon from melting ice can contribute to further global warming.
Fishes would be harmed by changes to the ocean water (apex)
A continental polar air mass would typically form over Central Russia. This air mass is characterized by cold and dry conditions that originate from the polar regions.
If Earth's axis was not tilted, there would be no polar regions as we know them today. The tilt of Earth's axis creates the polar regions and leads to the changing seasons. Without the tilt, the distribution of sunlight would be more uniform across the planet, resulting in a much milder climate overall.
The polar bear would because as the polar bear is the biggest land predator on earth
The biggest source of danger would be electrocution. His head was in danger as the train raced through the tunnel.
polar bears because they are the biggest and strongest bear and carnivore

In my opinion, the biggest predators for seals are the polar bears. If anyone would like to add to my point please feel free to do so.
The polar bear has a weight advantage over the biggest lion. The biggest lion is as long as a polar bear and as tall as a ladder. Even if the polar bear and the biggest lion met and fought, the lion may win, but would get seriously injured.

Immediate Sudden
Yes but highly impractical. I don't know why someone would want to move whales unless they were in immediate catastrophic danger. Or going extinct. Et Cetera...
gorrilas have one thing that the polar bear does not and that is the ability to grabbed with his thubms therefore after collaborting with my fellow scientist friends we have decided it would be a 64% chance of the gorrila winning. Wrong. A polar bear would definitely win the fight because it is the biggest predator on land and is a lot stronger and larger than a grizzly bear. If black bears and brown bears have no problems taking down gorillas, then polar bears would also have no problems too.
Considering that polar bears include many aquatic animals much bigger than an emperor penguin it's safe to say that a polar bear would enjoy a quick snack of an emperor penguin if they ever met and the bear was at all hungry. Even a baby polar bear would be more than a match for even the biggest living penguin.
No... Why would fantage be in danger? o.o
