Yes and No. Theoretically it is possible, but at the new school your exact choice of subjects might not be offered. It could be that the new school cannot re-create your schedule. Also some schools complete the Extended Essay and course work in the first year. You should definitaly check with the other school to see if they can offer the subjects at the desired level. If you did not start the program yet, but you know that you are going to change schools in the middle, then I would contact both schools and arrange the same class schedule with both. It would create extra stress, but it is possible. A technically it is one of the reasons the IB exists, to provide consistency between school systems.
