Yes. That is if you accept high to refer to people with IQ's over 125 (give or take 10points or so depending on who you are discussing it with). Expert establishments such as GERRIC with the University of NSW accept students with an IQ over 125 into their Gifted and Talented programs. According to the NSW Department of Education's G&T policy a gifted student is :
"Gifted students are those whose potential is distinctly above average in one or more of the following domains of human ability: intellectual, creative, social and physical. Talented students are those whosareas of human performance. "

I believe it is, because I think that is how high your IQ has to be in order to be gifted. If it is not a high IQ then it is a very close to gifted average IQ.
A gifted students IQ has to be 130 or higher.
It means you are highly gifted and that high of an IQ is consider genius
intellectually gifted is also known as mentally gifted... - are people with very high mental capacity/ very high IQ... - people who gain IQ higher than average...
Yes, an IQ of 132 is high and you are considered gifted, but if you want, you could try to increase it. IQ is not definite, and maybe you can one day get 169 like me.
It's not gifted, but it is considered as Bright Normal Intelligence.
A gifted child, or a child prodigy.
IQ isn't relative to age. 100 is the precise mean (by definition of IQ) for anyone; the range 95 - 110 could be considered normal. Anything above 125 is quite good.
yeah
Over 130 is considered gifted.
Gifted 130 - 139 You have a unique imagination and logical mind.
The average IQ is from 90-115. so an IQ of 116 isn't bad. And not all scientists were gifted. You do not need to be gifted to be a scientist.
