100/4 = 25.
Either 24 or 25, depending if the century year is divisible by 400.
For example, if the 100 year period contained the year 2000, then there would be 25 leap years.
If the 100 year period contained the year 2100, then there would be 24 leap years.
its 24.

∙ 13y agoThere are 25 leap years in 100 years. Leap years occur every 4 years, so out of a century, 25 of those years will be divisible by 4 and have an extra day in February.
There were two leap years from 1999 to 2009: 2000 and 2004. Leap years occur every four years to account for the extra 0.25 days in a solar year.
Summer begins on the 21st of June each year except on leap years, where it begins on the 20th of June.
At least one, at most two. One student had to make a 100 for the range to be 92 - 100, but if they all three made a 100, the range would be simply 100 - 100.
4-5, i think
There are 10,000 square centimeters in a square meter.
There can be up to 58, as it does depend on the span of the 237 years. Years divisible by 100, but not by 400 are not leap years. So 2000 was a leap year, but 1900 wasn't and but 2100 won't be.
Leap years are years which have one extra day, February 29th. These leap years come around once every 4 years, except those divisible by 100.
Only century years divisible by 400 qualify to be a leap year. Years divisible by 4 but by 100 are NOT leap years, thus 1700, 1800, and 1900 were not leap years but 2000 was. 2100, 2200 and 2300 will not be leap years but 2400 will be.

There are 24 leap years in the 21st century. Here they are:200420082012201620202024202820322036204020442048205220562060206420682072207620802084208820922096
Years that are evenly divisible by 100 are not leap years unless the are evenly divisible by 400 (like 2000).
24 leap years
Leap years occur every 4 years.
There can be. Years divisible by 100, but not by 400 are not leap years. So 1900 was not a leap year and 2100 will not be a leap year. The year 2000 was a leap year, because it was divisible by 400. So some double zero years can be a leap year. The next will be 2400.
4796 leap years happen every 4 years unless it lands on a multiple of 100 that isn't a multiple of 400 see: http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/5673
400 would have been a leap year. The method for calculating leap years is a little complicated due to all the exceptions. Years that are a multiple of 4 are a leap year, UNLESS the year is a multiple of 100 (then it is not a leap year), UNLESS the year is also a multiple of 400 (then it is a leap year). Some examples 1800 - not a leap year because it is a multiple of 100 1900 - not a leap year because it is a multiple of 100 2000 - leap year because while it is a multiple of 100, it is also a multiple of 400 2100 - not a leap year because it is a multiple of 100 400 - leap year because while it is a multiple of 100, it is also a multiple of 400
Yes. You can actually go for 8 years. Years divisible by 100, but not by 400 are not leap years. So 2100 will not be a leap year. 2096 will and the next will be 2104. The year 2000 was a leap year, because it was divisible by 400.
