∙ 12y agoDepends on the fixture rating which is sized by the bulb wattage. For example, if you were using 60 Watt incandescent bulbs, they draw about 1/2 amp each. For a worst case continuous load that would be 80% of 15 amps = 12 Amps so it would be 24 fixtures rated for 60 watts each.

You should first remove your old bathroom light fixtures and then very careful screw in the new bathroom light fixtures. It is a good idea to have the electricity off so you don't hurt yourself.
50 watt equals less than 1/2 amp current flow at 120 volts so you can have 30 light on a 15amp breaker or 40 on a twenty amp breaker.
The "sw" is electrical terminology for the word "switch". A single pole switch is one that opens the circuit when in the off position and closes the circuit when in the on position. Individual switches that turn on light fixtures in your home are in the classification of single pole switches.

check your ballasts, possiably harmonics from electronic ballasts, are the lighting fixtures sharing the neautral with the plug circuit?you might check all your neautral connections also..
Only if you have a wife that is an interior designer. Electrically the circuit doesn't care the colour of the fixtures that are connected to it.
Each of the circuit breakers in the service panel controls electricity on a branch circuit. A branch circuit is typically a loop of wire that runs from the service panel, out to receptacles, light fixtures, appliances, etc. and back again.
So that the light fixtures are protected.
Your only hope is that someone wired the box not to code and that there are two wires going into the offending breaker. If you can't separate wires you can't distribute the load.

It can, if the switch is wired into the common side of the circuit and not the hot side. This is not normally the case, and is almost never the case in modern light fixtures. The situation occurs more often in older fixtures.
