Six feet
In the United States, the NEC allows installation up to 6 feet 7 inches high. This is great information because, in my opinion, panels are often installed much too low. You do not have to use this height, but consider the convenience of finding the right breaker when something goes out.
class B
There are generally four primary categories of electrical personal protective equipment (PPE), classified based on the level of protection they provide against electrical hazards. These categories range from Category 0, which offers minimal protection, to Category 4, which provides the highest level of protection against arc flash and electrical shock. Each category specifies the minimum arc rating and the types of PPE that should be used, including items like gloves, face shields, and clothing. The classification helps ensure that workers are adequately protected in various electrical work environments.

In electrical terms, MOCP stands for "Maximum Overcurrent Protection." It refers to the highest level of overcurrent protection that a circuit or device can safely handle without risking damage or failure. MOCP is critical for ensuring the safety and reliability of electrical systems, as it helps prevent overheating and potential hazards caused by excessive current flow.
