You might be out of luck. Three phase delta 240 volt services are a thing of the past. As far as I know there never was a 240 volt three phase four wire. The line to neutral voltage would be 240/1.73 = 139 volts which is of no use to anyone. Three phase four wire system for business and commercial use these days is 120/208 volts.
