Machines fail due to various reasons; they may have been used for the wrong

purposes or they may have been used for loads that exceed their design capacity,

they can also fail after numerous usage due to fatigue or wear, manual operation

of machines can also result in failure due to mishandling by operators. Engines and

motors fail due to lubrication and electrical problems most of the times.

Are machines smarter than humans?

No,machines are not smarter than man as: 1]Machines are made by man so they cannot be smarter than man.Though some machines can learn things on their own this is because they are programmed to learn things own their own selves, but man programmed machines so man is smarter than machines. 2]Machines are very dumb things if you see them clearly. They fail to do aything without the guidance and programming of us humans. 3]A machine cannot feel, understand, express emotions.Neither can it understand a situation. Therefore,I believe that man is smarter than machines

Why did the tanks fail at Cambrai?

The army was just learning how to use them; tactics were not developed nor proven yet, and the machines themselves were NOT reliable...they kept breaking down.

Why computers fail significantly less frequently than copy machines and printers?

The computer is almost entirely electronic without moving mechanical parts. Moving mechanical parts are much less reliable and fail more frequently than modern solid state integrated circuit electronics.

What is a suffix for the word with fail?

Which version of Windows Server 2008 must computers be running to create a fail over cluster?

The clustering requires and it is recommended that the machines in the cluster should be of same hardware and same software configuration.even if the machines have same OS (2003 or 2008 or 2008 R2)and different CPU even then there will be issues with the cluster run successfully
