There are a lot of variables to consider here. Location, climate, vegetation, soil type/quality, forage biomass, and forage quality, whether you are using the land for grazing only or for hay and grazing that means raising your cattle for 365 days a year on only 25 acres are important factors that will determine how many cows you can feed on 25 acres. Some areas, like in the Southwest of the USA, you may be lucky to be able to feed 2 to 3 cows on 25 acres. Further north, like in the Northeast, you may be able to feed 15 to 25 cows on 25 acres. However, as mentioned above, this depends on whether you're just using these acres for grazing only, or if you are keeping your animals all year round and need it for hay production as well if you do not wish to buy hay.
1.5 (1 and a half) tons.A standard or "short" ton is 2000 lbs. Therefore a 1500 lb. bale of hay would be 3/4 of a ton.
Yes, but the peanuts are grown underground. The hay is what the peanut plant grows above ground.
I'm taking an equine studies class at my college inKentucky First you need to see what your state law requires. If you have 1 acre then you would never have a green field, it would always be muddy which is very unhealthy for horses hooves. The only way to make your field stay green is that you buy lots of hay to feed your horse instead of grass. I recommend 2.5 or 3 acres PER horse. That way you don't have to spend lot's of money for hay. I would get a 100 foot or more measuring tape and make rough measurements of were you want to put fencing.

Hay means there is/ there are. In the example "Cuantas camisetas hay?" Means "How many shirts are there?"
