One can purchase a Porsche 996 turbo from many local car dealerships that deal in used cars. It can also be purchased on online sites like AutoTrader, Ebay and Gumtree.
There is no such thing as a 2003 996 Twin Turbo S. The Turbo S is a 2005 ONLY year for the 996 cars. The 2005 Turbo S is in fact the same thing as a 996 (2002-2004) with the x50 package, and pccb (and a few other standard features added to the 2005 Turbo S that were 'options' for the previous years).

The 997 wasn't available in 2000. That model came out in 2005. The Porsche 911 model in 2000 was the 996. The turbo would have been $114,000 to $130,000, depending on options.
Many Porsche's have back seats. For example....PORSCHE CAYENNE, S, TURBO, GTS, TURBO S, TRANSABERIAPORSCHE 996 CARRERRA, TURBO, S, 4SPORSCHE 944, S, S2, TURBOPORSCHE 993 CARRERRA, TURBO, S, 4SPORSCHE 928, S, GTSPORSCHE 997 CARRERRA, TURBO, S, 4SPorsche PanameraS, Panamera4s, Panamera Turbo.ETC..........
The 997 was introduces in the Carrera 2 and Carrera 2 S coupe in 2005, so it was just before that that they stopped making the same 996 version. Then the 4 wheel drive, C4 series was launched and they stopped the 996 version.Right now Porsche are not making any more 996 models at all and the final 997, the Turbo has now hit the showrooms, so the 996 is now history. So to answer your question, the last 996 was produced in 2006.
