Organic apples are grown without harmful chemicals and pesticides. Non organic apples are grown with those harmful chemicals.

i dont see it being harmful, there are deer eating the apples that fall on the ground around my parents' apple trees every year.
I believe that the only harmful part of ripe eating apples, are the seeds. They contain a very minute bit of cyanogenic glycoside, and can cause cyanide poisening in very large quantitys. Though I believe it is relatively unharmful to humans, mainly harmful to animals.
No, grapes are not harmful to chinchillas. Fruit trees that contain seeds or a seed are under the category of safe. Like apples, pears, strawberries and blackberries. But as for everyone, eat everything in moderation. :)
If by green apples you mean Granny Smith, Bountiful apples, Diamond Jubilee or any other variety that is green in colour when ripe, then there is no harm at all in having 3 or more a day. However, if by green you're referring to unripe apples, then eating 3 can certainly be harmful.
