It's not really a valid question. A gram is a unit of weight (mass, really) and a teaspoon is a unit of volume so they're not comparable.

You have to know what substance is being measured and how dense it is. For example, one ml of water has a mass of one gram and a teaspoon has a volume of 5 ml, so 2 grams of water would fill up 2/5 of a teaspoon. On the other hand, silver is about 10 times as heavy as water, so 2 grams of silver would take up less than 4% of a teaspoon.
