Well, in fact.. People eat quite alot these days.. Usually processed foods. What I suggest is you put on a healthy diet. Eat less portions of foods and exercise more than you did before. Usually it takes 20-28 days to get use to a new routine, but after 28 hard days, you will get use to it and start losing weight.. Usually on the first week, depending how hard your going.
its easy... Go to the gym every minute of the day of the week of the month. welll that's hard if you wanna lose it in 20 days. try weightwatchers. i did and i went from 15 stone to 11 stone which makes my feet a size 2 and im 57 years old.. its good !!!
