After much researching and arguements as to what constitutes a trilogy the only actress that I can find that has starred in more than one film trilogy is.... Talia Shire! She played Adrienne Balboa in Rocky, II, III, IIII & V (Think she missed the latest one). She also played a Correlone wife in The Godfather, I, II, III & IIII.
