Who is the strongest Groudon or kyogre?

well it depends what you want i have emerald version and my groudon has better attack,defense and speed, but lacks a good sp.atk and sp.def. but kyogre lacks att,def, and speed but has pretty good sp.atk and sp.def. it also varys every time you start the game over.

my Pokemon ( LVL 70) stats are

groudon

atk:220

def:196

sp.atk:161

sp.def:147

speed:156

kyogre

atk:152

def:137

sp.atk: 215

sp.def: 219

speed:140

and both hp:231

Kyogre cuz its water and groudon is ground and water beats ground.
