Ingredients1 cup sugar1 teaspoon baking soda1 3/4 cups flour1/2 cup pecans chopped1 teaspoon vanilla1 teaspoon cream of tartar2 cups cornflakes1 cup butterCream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, soda, cream of tartar, and flour; blendin g well. Fold in Cornflakes and nuts. Batter will be thick and crumbly. Drop by small sponfuls on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes or unti l light brown. Remove from cookie sheet immediately, as they will stick to it when cool.
