Conductors emerging from the ground must be enclosed in approved raceways. This is to protect the conductors from becoming damaged and starting a fire.
True
Pancake raceways.
an exposed conduit used for carrying electrical wires/cables
Answer for USA, Canada and countries running a 60 Hz supply service.I've checked the NEC and there is no required material specific to Cellular CONCRETE Floor Raceways. It defines this as an "enclosed tubular space in a floor made of precast cellular concrete slabs." Headers, which would be the accesses to the cells, are defined as metal raceways.Cellular METAL Floor Raceways are, by definition, metal. As always, if you are in doubt about what to do, the best advice anyone should give you is to call a licensed electrician to advise what work is needed. Before you do any work yourself,on electrical circuits, equipment or appliances, always use a test meter to ensure the circuit is, in fact, de-energized.IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY SURE YOU CAN DO THIS JOBSAFELY AND COMPETENTLYREFER THIS WORK TO QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS.
The required size of a conduit raceway for a 3-5000 mcm wire is 300 kcmil. It maximizes the limits on the wire fill for raceways.

Not sure what you mean by artificial channel, but "raceways" fit your definition.
There is only one race track that is close to Stettler, Alberta. That track is Xtreme Raceways.

In modern Stage Lighting, the lights are not directly connected to a lighting console. Instead, the console sends out a digital signal to a dimmer rack. The Dimmer rack outputs the power to the lights themselves, multi-cable drop boxes, or raceways. Multicable drop boxes, are extension devices that use a 19 conductor socapex connector to combine 6 power lines into one cable. This multicable is then fed into an enclosure that splits the multicable back into its individual conductors. Once the conductors are seperated, they can be connected to individual outputs. These boxes are highly portable in a lighting rig and connect to a truss or batten with a standard "C" clamp.
XHHW type insulation is commonly rated as sunlight resistant. However, this is the XHHW-2 type of insulation that is commonly used in conduit and other raceways.
It depends What kind of speed zone. Are we talking autocross racing? Just raceways? I have seen kids at auto cross events that drive expensive go-carts that are about 10.
