I expect "consecutive angles" are any pair that aren't opposite.

Since they are co-interior angles between parallel lines, they are supplementarty (i.e. total 180 deg).

When you bisect them, the bisectors join to form a triangle. Two of its angles are halves of the "consecutive angles", and so they total half of 180 deg, which is 90 deg.

Hence the third angle is 90 deg (to give angle sum of the triangle as 180 deg), so the bisectors are perpendicular.

What is the ways to prove that a quadrilateral is a parallelogram?

If it is a parallelogram, then it has two sets of parallelogram sides. Parallelograms' opposite angles are congruent A parallelogram's bisectors are congruent. * * * * * A parallelogram's bisectors are NOT congruent.

Are complementary angles consecutive angles in a parallelogram?

The question does not really make sense. Once might ask, "Are consecutive angles in a parallelogram complementary?" in which case the answer is no. Complementary angles are angles which add up to 90 degrees. Consecutive angles are angles next to each other (or follow each other). In a parallelogram, consecutive angles are supplementary (add to 180 degrees). In a parallelogram, opposite angles are equal. You could have a parallelogram where two angles are 45 degree (and thus complementary) and then the other two angles would be 135 degrees.

Are all angles of a parallelogram congruent?

All angles of a parallelogram are not necessarily congruent. A parallelogram means that the opposite sides run in straight lines that don't intersect. An example is a rectangle or square. Length of sides DO NOT determine if opposite angles are congruent. As long as opposite sides do not intersect each other at any point (if you continue to draw the lines), then the angles diagonal from each other are the same.

If a quadrilateral is a parallelogram then consecutive angles are complementary?

Consecutive angles in a parallelogram will not be complementary. Complementary would mean the angles would add up to 90 degrees. Consecutive angles add up to 180 degrees, meaning they are supplementary.

Are the diagonals of a square perpendicular bisectors?

The diagonals of a square are perpendicular (they intersect and form right angles). But they are angles bisectors since they bisect each pair of opposite angles. A perpendicular bisector actually bisects a side of a figure.

Are consecutive angles in a parallelogram always congruent?

Not unless the parallelogram is a rectangle. In every parallelogram, consecutive angles are supplementary.

Parallelogram consecutive angles conjecture?

The Parallelogram Consecutive Angles Conjecture states that the consecutive angles in a parallelogram are supplementary. This means that the sum of two adjacent angles in a parallelogram is always 180 degrees. This property follows from the fact that opposite angles in a parallelogram are congruent.

In a parallelogram consecutive angles are always?

In a parallelogram consecutive angles are always supplementary. This means they equal 180.
