It takes an infinite number of sides to make a polygon into a circle, but you could still consider a circle to be a limiting state of the polygon, which all polygons approach as the number of sides increase.
A pentagon is a 5 sided polygon.
it should make a square leaned over
4 triangles make 1 hexagon. (easy way to find out how many triangles there are in a polygon- take number of sides of the polygon, subtract 2 from it, that's your answer!)
it seems to me that the only polygon of your description is a square
6 polygon triangles make a hexagon
When I was taking a test in math, I had to describe a polygon.
the polygon would be a square
No. A three-sided polygon is, by definition, a triangle.
A polygon is a 2-dimensional closed shape which is bounded by straight sides.
your question does not make sense
they are a polygon
A polygon is a closed shape. A square, rhombus, rectangle, decagon, pentagon, ect. You can even make up your own closed shape and it would be a polygon. :)
a square and to triangles
Draw a nine sided polygon.
