if you meant perimeter, it still changes. your shape can have nearly any perimeter greater than its circular shape's circumference. you can think of it as a flat one of this explanation: you can make clay be harder to put back in the box because of the shape.

This question cannot be answered sensibly. A square foot is a measure of area, with dimensions [L2]. A foot is a measure of distance, with dimensions [L].
