It can have either 2 parallel sides, or none at all.
Well, the definition of paralell is that two lines that can run along each other and not run into each other. So if you look at a kite as you see it in Cartoons, it would have no parallel lines because the the Bottom Lines hit each other and so do the top. The answer is no
