How many square feet are in a mansion?

It all depends on the zip code. In New York City and other densely populated cities 5000+ is considered a "mansion" . However in the suburbs or larger cities on the outskirts it takes 7000+ for it to be considered a "mansion". Now go a little farther into the country side and your looking at 10k-15k+. To be a true mansion it cant just be a big house though it has to have every luxury and amenity the residents can imagine. Like a swimming pool, game room, library, massive kitchens and bath, Home Theater room, sauna, steam room,6 car garage, etc.
