Ah, what a delightful question! An 88-sided polygon is called an octacontaoctagon. Isn't that just a lovely name? Just imagine all the happy little shapes you could create with an octacontaoctagon in your artwork.
It's quite acceptable to call it an 88-agon but what's more important is knowing how to work out its properties.
