A 16 sided figure, really depends on what kind of figure it is. But the prefix for 16 would be hexadeca-, so if it was a polygon with 16 sides and 16 vertices it would be a hexadecagon (or hexakaidecagon). The conjunction -kai- is used by the Greeks in numbers that are from 13-19 (or all the teen, ex. thirTEEN, fourTEEN). The English numerical system have dropped the -kai- conjunction.
