Having designed hexagon based buildings for over 24 years, I refer to them as hexagon homes or hexagonal buildings. Additionally, there are hexagonal cluster homes, made up of two or more hexagonal rooms. They are sometimes called clustered hexagons... One of Frank Lloyd Wrights homes is referred to as "the honeycomb house" due to the use of hexagons throughout.
