A mobius strip has only two sides. As for the general name for such a class of shapes there is none.
A pentagon is the only name.
The best name for that is "a 111-sided shape". It really isn't worthwhile to find more specific names for hundreds of shapes whose only difference is the number of sides.
There are numerous six-sided flat shapes. One is the regular hexagon - all sides are the same length and all the angles are equal. All others share the one name - irregular hexagon - regardless of the length of their side and the dimensions of their angles.
No particular individual name is in common use. Not all plane shapes have a specific name, that would not be possible. The suffix used for many shapes is .....-agon. It is perfectly permissible to say a twentyseven-agon

A PENTAGON. NB In 2 dimensional figures. , from their Latin roots, the names are :- 3 - Tri 4 = tetra/quad 5 = penta 6 = hexa 7 = hepta 8 = octa 9 = nona 10 = deca 100 = centa 1000 = milla Being a 2-dimensional figure it carries the suffix '----gon'. Hence for a three sided polygon it is a 'trigon' , more usually named as a 'triangle'. NB THere is no such thing as a 1 sided or 2 sided polygon. . Think about it!!!!!
