By square footage I suppose you mean the cross-sectional area? This is a circle of 75ft diameter. Area of a circle is Pi x diameter2/4, or Pi x radius2 if you prefer. so this area is 3.142 x 752/4 sq ft = 4,418.43 sq ft.

The height of the tank has no bearing on the cross-sectional area, but if you want the volume this is area x height, so result is 4418.43 x 17 = 75,113.4 cubic feet
