A triangle with three equal sides and angles is an equilateral triangle. It could also be called an equiangular triangle.
If a triangle has equal sides, it will have equal angles of 60 degrees. It is called an equilateral triangle.

It is an isosceles triangle.
In a triangle, if all of the angles are 60 degrees, then all three sides of the triangle are equal to each other. Basically, if the angles are equal than the sides must be equal. This kind of triangle is called an equilateral triangle.
An equilateral triangle.
This is an Isosceles triangle. For an Isosceles triangle, the rule is 'Two sides of equal length, and it follows that two angles have the same degree value. '.
An equilateral triangle has 3 equal angles and 3 equal sides. The angles add up to 1800 and there are 3 equal angles so each is 600an equilateral triangle
An equilateral triangle- a triangle with 3 equal sides, so the triangle would have 3 congruent angles as well.A trick to remember this: the word equal is sort of in the word equilateral.
