∙ 13y agoThe perimeter of a rectangle is just the sum of the lengths of its sides, so taking half of each of the sides would make the total half of its original value also.

Yes, a cube has six faces. They also happen to congruent because all the side lengths in a cubes are congruent.
Surface Area: The area of one side is s2, where s is the length of 1 edge of the cube. So the total area is 6s2. If the edge length is half, the new cube area is 6(s/2)2 = 6s2/4, So the new surface area is the original area divided by 4.The volume of the cube is s3. If the edge length is half, the new cube volume is (s/2)3. = (s)3/8. So the new volume is the original volume divided by 8.
No - if the lengths of the sides are all increased by a factor of 3, the angles remain unchanged. You just wind up with a "similar" triangle 3 times the size of the original. A quick counterexample would be to consider what would happen if the angles DID change. The sum of the angles in the original triangle should be 180°. If the angles in the new, larger triangle tripled in size, the sum of the angles in the bigger triangle would be 540° - but the sum of the angles of a triangle should always remain 180°.

It is also halved. In general, if you increase any linear measurement of a figure by a certain factor (i.e., stretching the figure so that you obtain a geometrically similar figure), then all linear measurements will increase by the same factor. In this case, all linear measurements of the rectangle are increased by a factor of 0.5 - that includes the length of any side, the perimeter, the half-perimeter, the diagonal, the sum of the diagonals, the length of half the shorter side, or any other linear measurement you can think of.
You double the perimeter and 4X the area.
If you increase the length then the width must decrease by the same amount if the perimeter is to remain the same.
You add the lengths of all the sides. If the sides happen to be of equal length, you multiply this length by 7.
It will also be halved as circumference = 2Ï€r
The perimeter will be tripled.
It will be a quarter of what it was.
circumference would be halved, area would be one fourth of original , andvolume would be one eighth of original.
If the mass of one of the objects is halved, the gravitational force of attraction between the two objects will also be halved. This is because the force of gravity is directly proportional to the masses of the objects involved.
Perimeter - video game - happened in 2004.
Kinetic energy will also be halved. Because kinetic energy is equal to 1/2 mv2
Nothing. But the current is halved.
