Yes and no. OEM wheels are machined to an exact size like 114 or 115, so NO, you can't swap OEM wheels. After-market wheels are NOT machined to an exact size. Depending upon which brand wheels you buy, you CAN swap 5-114 for 5-115 and vice versa, since most after-market 114 or 115 rims are BOTH machined universally at @ 114.3 anyway, sorta like how a 2" x 4" piece of lumber is NOT really 2 inches by 4 inches, more like 1 and a half by 3 and a half, but is still called a 2 x 4! 114 or 115 is just the lug distance/spacing between one lug, say at 9 o'clock, if your rim was a clock face, measured to a lug at say 3 o'clock. One mm is not going to ruin your vehicle. 114 is found on some Toyotas and other rice burners, 115 is mostly a GM (Buick/Oldsmobile/Cadillac) lug distance/spacing diameter. You might need one of the plastic center rings (spacers) that go between the back of the wheel (rim) and the hub/drum/rotor. As long as a wheel fits your vehicle's lugs and doesn't rub under the fender (Wheelwell) upon steering, it can be used.
