I am a 5th grader, and I just finished my module of adding and subtracting fractions. And, I just wanted to help starters out.

Adding is when you combine numbers together, and you get an answer.Ex: 2+2 = 4

Its similar to adding, but this time you take away the numbers.Ex: 2-1 = 1

Fractions are two numbers on top, or below each other. The numerator is one number on the top, and the denominator is the one on the bottom. Example: 1/2
